The US has continued its campaign against Iran hacker and cyber activists by indicting two more people allegedly invovled in creating SamSam ransomware. Faramarz Shahi Savandi and Mohammad Mehdi Shah Mansouri were accused of using ransomware to attack US governmetn agencies and businesses demanding ransom in bitcoin after encrypting there victims computers.The case provokes interesting questions about how US authorities were able to identify those responsible despite there skill and precautions they took.
